Great Tlyaudas! They made one without cheese for me and it still tasted great! The sauces they provide you are very tasty too. Nice relaxing chilled environment.

Definitely a 5/5 — would absolutely recommend to go, it’s in my top 3 so far in Mexico. Delicious authentic food, perfect service, courtesy entree and end-of-meal Mezcal.

I concur with all the other reviews, this place is a hidden gem. We love it so much we came back. The food was amazing. We probably tried nearly the whole menu and everything was full of flavors and presentation of the dishes was really enticing. The owner is from Oaxaca so the dishes are from there. Service was lovely both from the waiter and the owner. The owner's family Mezcal was a nice end to the dinner. And best of all, prices are really really good. Overall one of our best surprises in the region, and a spot that has so much potential that I wouldn't be surprised to see it being packed all the time in the future. I would recommend it to everyone passing through Valladolid.

We enjoyed great dinner here, in Samaritana restaurant, also thanks to the caring waiter Raul who patiently described us all dishes on the menu and we finally chose tlayuda and guacamole with crispy tortillas. We also wanted to taste the desserts, flan napolitano and caballero pobre. They were delicious. We would love to come back if we are around again.

The tlayuda was fantastic, definitely as good as in Oaxaca. This was the tastiest meal on my trip thus far (3 weeks). Overall, this is such a nice restaurant. Quiet atmosphere and very beautiful, the staff is super friendly as well. It's a shame I only had the time to visit once and didn't get the chance to try their cocktails (as I currently can't drink) - the bar looks great.
